Is professional wrestling for real? Are they really wrestling or is it all scripted action done?

Pro wrestling is choreographed, yes. The wrestlers job is to provide maximum entertainment with minimal injury to themselves or their 'opponent. 'The majority of wrestling fans accept that its fake, but enjoy the athleticism, drama (and even the corney acting).

Pro wrestling as seen on TV today aka. The WWE is one hundred percent scripted action, that is rehearsed again and again between the combatants inorder to minimize the possibility of any real and serious injury. These performers are atheletes no doubt about it, but with every match the outcome has been predetermined.

It's scripted, I say that cos, a long time ago, I saw a doctor analysing the bouts and he said that the amount of damage that would be inflicted if the bouts were for real would leave cripples in every match.

Its mostly scripted so yeah the wrestlers are actually acting! Its been that way for as long as I can remember, Big Daddy and Giant Haystacks remember them?
