The anchor baby scam was invented 30 years ago by a liberal Justice William Brennan, who slipped a footnote into a 1982 Supreme Court opinion announcing that the children born to illegals on U.S. soil are citizens. So anchor babies are based on a foot note not the Constitution. Using the 14th Amendment to allow anchor babies is the unconstitutional part.

The Constitution says nothing about anchor babies. The 14th Amendment says nothing about birthright citizenship. The Constitution says Congress has complete control over who is and who is not a US citizen.

Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4. "The Congress shall have power to establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization." The Supreme Court has never ruled that a baby born to illegal aliens in the US is automatically a citizen.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
