Is the 44% stronger than the 35% Hydrogen Peroxide?

Carbamide Peroxide consists of H202(hydrogen peroxide, the active ingredient) bonded with urea. Our 44% carbamide peroxide consists of 15.8% H202. Therefore, it's about half the strength of the 35% H202.
