Have two friends in Philadelphia. Both confirm that they have not seen any visible preparations for a Phillies parade when they were commuting to work today. They both agree, however, that due to the potential for bedlam, if the Phillies win their first series in 28 years, the ensuing Phillies parade would be absolute bedlam.
