(I'm going to presume you are talking about the iPad2) It depends on what you want in a tablet, if you want a great camera, go for the xoom, if you want better apps, go for the iPad. As for speed, they are pretty even even though they are running different operating systems, all in all it really depends what you want to use it for, though before you make a decision, read the engadget reviews on both.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
