Is the prevalence of homosexual rape in prison cruel and unusual punishment?

Yes it is cruel and unusual punishment if a man or woman is raped while in prison. Prisoners are subject to inhumane treatment and then we wonder why rehabilitation is not always working. Humiliation only breeds violence.

The truth is its really unconstitutional and saying a prisoner gives up his/her constitutional rights while imprisoned.

If you are in jail for rape or especially Molesting or raping a child and your inmates know, theirs a high risk you will also get raped because some of these prisoners have children and wives, you know. I've heard you have it bad in their if your in for rape, pedophillia and stuff. If you're in there for drugs or murder or stuff then I don't really know what to say then just do your time, don't mess with anyone.

If you're in their for a lifetime, then oh well. You did something bad enough and I couldn't care less if you get raped.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
