Gov't releases information for or against whatever they want to accomplish. This is common sense. It's the oldest game in the book, it's called propaganda.

Many of us older folks know this but I think the under 30 crowd still thinks the gov't, and life works according to what they were taught in school. That's not reality.

You are correct. Observe how the libs are responding to what the Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics is reporting while they focus on just what the Dept. Of Labor counts which is just those still collecting unemployment checks.

They'll bash God himself if it meant protecting how false the unemployment rate is that Obama boasts about. .....Obama takes credit for the unemployment rate down to 8.3%. But he's a coward to his bone marrow for intentionally avoiding that it's 8.3% because 1.2 million STILL UNEMPLOYMENT are no longer being counted because they ran out of their benefit checks.

He's counting on your continued ability to render yourselves intentionally ignorant of the whole story and keep you focused on just the part he wants you to hear. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
