Is the Westboro Baptist church affiliated with any other group of Baptists?

The Westboro Baptist church is not affiliated with any other group of Baptists. They describe themselves as an independent Baptist church.

I actually checked this out when they came and picketed at my Temple recently. Not only are they NOT affiliated with any other group, but NOT ONE of the Baptist congregations in the Phoenix area - independent or otherwise - gave them the time of day while they were here. (I think that is true in most places, too - you NEVER see more than a couple of them out there picketing.).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
