If the "mold" is powerdy mildew - really there's nothing you can do. If the plants are still growing, increase air ciculation, and start spraying the new growth with a general fungicide, to prevent the new growth from being affected. Though if the plants are young, I doubt they will have anough energy for this plant to work.

I would start over with sterile soil - and throw out those plants AND the soil they're growing in.
