I use about 1/4 cup peroxide with a couple drops of Dawn dish soap mixed in.
I use Dawn dish soap because it has very safe degreasers, then spray Shout! (or some other stain pre-treat) on it. Com/Procter-Gamble-28OZ-DawnOrig-Dish/dp/B001QUOU4K.
