Is there a benefit to waiting for a hubscore to come up before publishing?

Generally speaking there is no real benefit to waiting for the hubscore to go up before publishing your work. While it is true that the hubscore of an unpublished hub may go up from the starting point of 50, as the hub ages, the score will rarely every go up more than a few points until you actually publish it. The reason is that most of the hubscore is incfluenced by other factors including the amount of traffic you get, up votes or downvotes, etc - and these factors do not come into play until after you publish.

The main benefit that has been cited for waiting is that it will give the article a boost and perhaps a bit more exposure after publishing. But that is as far as it goes because you want traffic to come from search engines and they don't care about the HubScore. @quotations: "the score will rarely every go up more than a few points until you actually publish it." - That is not true because I have several unpublished hubs that have HubScores around 70, still 20 points away from 50.

Hubscore does not have an impact on Google SERP position. I publish as soon as the article is completed.

I don't think you should wait to publish your hub. I have incomplete and unpublished hubs and I have not reallly noticed any change in the score. However, once your hub is published the score generally goes up and gets higher as you continue to get traffic.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
