Is there a free video hosting service like YouTube that can transfer videos to from YouTube over the Internet?

I have a number of videos on YouTube that I would like to transfer to some other video hosting service that supports private hosting of videos. I'm trying to backup / share with family some videos of our Christmas party that are quite large, they have the radio on in the background (very hard to even tell what is on), so YouTube auto flagged them for potential copyright infringement because of that. I've been told most other hosting services are not nearly so fussy about private videos.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
