Mail to the mailinglist used to be posted the newsgroup, but posts on the newsgroup were not sent to the mailinglist. Vtkusers mails have been archived since April 2002 and they never expire. You can read and send mails to the vtkusers list but sent mail will bounce back without having subscribed to the list first. More.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
