First of all, this archaeological evidence only supports the fact that there were settlements in the region at that time. No one disputes that. There is, obviously, no evidence of any supernatural activity so that point is moot.
There are no contemporaneous writings, outside the Bible, on the person called Jesus. Josephus was born after the crucifixion in 37. Pliny the younger was born 30 years after, and Pliny the elder was a child at the time of the crucifixion.
They never witnessed any of the miracles you claim. Before you try a modern day comparison of historians writing on past events, remember, they are relying on mountains of independent evidence of those events. Again, there are none on Jesus.
So, there may be some fairly accurate historical records in the Bible, but there is no evidence to support the supernatural. Every religious text recounts a history of it's people. Evidence of those people exists.
Evidence of their own myths, however, do not. Israel is no different .
