Is there a program that I can install on my Mac or Windows XP computer that will alert me to a new question?

OmniGrowl works perfect in osx. Just copy and paste the rss feed into it and you will have a growl notification every time a question comes up from your feed.

My preferred notification tools are Growl for Mac and Snarl for PC. Growl includes SafariGrowl which can alert on updated RSS feed(s). ThunderSnarl provides the same feature on PC if you are happy to add the feeds you want to monitor in Thunderbird (Mozilla's e-mail client).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
