I say give america exactly what it appears to want: more republican policies. In fact, completely ignore the 2006 and 2008 elections, and give the republicans in congress everything they want. Everything!
Eventually, americans will become SO impoverished and desperate for food and shelter that they'll take a page from the bolshevik's book of the last century and justifiably punish every republican politician in america.... just like the bolsheviks did to the entire romanov family. Li bring on the guillotine! For the record: I was laid off for 3 months last year.
The unemployment I received barely paid for my groceries, and I would have fallen behind on my rent had I not dipped into my savings. It is NOT possible to maintain one's lifestyle on unemployment benefits. Anyone who thinks it is has never been forced to try it.
This might have been a good policy back when the economy was in better shape, the unemployment rate was low, and it was easy to find a job. Not so anymore. People with this "let them eat cake" attitude, Republicans or not, can easily find themselves in a destitute position in this economy.
They should not be so unsympathetic and cold to people who have lost their jobs, their savings, their homes. It is not because they are lazy or unwilling to work, it's because they are genuinely struggling! Republicans wouldn't mind families being homeless, they think anyone without a job or sufficient savings is lazy, and that they deserve to be homeless.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
