If you have more than a few email messages to transfer, this can be a daunting task. I know, I had to do this myself. After much research, I found an application named O2M from Little Machines Software.
From Little Machines... "O2M may be the fastest way to move your Windows® Outlook® email, contacts, and calendar appointments from your PC to your Macintosh® computer! (1) Just fire up O2M on your Windows PC, pick the Outlook folders you want to export, choose the filtering options you want to use, and click Start — O2M does the rest, automatically exporting your Outlook data into portable files you can import directly into your Apple® Mail, Address Book, iCal, Microsoft Entourage, or other Macintosh-compatible programs. " It sounds so simple and... well... it was.It actually worked as described and allowed me to transfer thousands of messages in very little time without losing a single message or attachment.
The best part is that the app only costs $10.00. That's pennies considering the potential aggravation of a more manual process. Good luck.
Just another option too, (If your mail is still on a server) You could also try using zenbe as a go-between of sorts if your mail is still on the mail server which might speed up the task dramatically, or if you also wanted a cloud backup. I'm not to sure of the personalization of your mail, but if it's just random office chatter it might be worth a shot. Zenbe has been great to me, and they will be releasing a business version of their web app very soon.
Good Luck Kind Regards, XDS.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
