Is there a way to check the status of a civil case that was transferred from the New York Supreme Court to a New York civil court?

Yes, check out New York State Unified Court System at nycourts. Gov They have CaseTrac, where you can file or track a case, find future court appearances, and find out court decisions dating back a few years, and judge/justice calendars. You can look up Civil - Supreme, Criminal, or Housing cases.

Some Counties/Districts are not included though. You may search by Defendant, Plaintiff, Index #, Attorney/Firm.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
