Public libraries...or other publicly available computers with internet access(if you attend school, maybe they have them there). If you use public computers, it's a good idea to get a USB drive and install Firefox/whatever browser, IM software, etc., onto it, so that you can carry around your bookmarks, browsing history, plugins, chat history, and files.
