Is there a way to make your own self help hypnosis cd's? Where there is music playing but your message isn't heard?

Where there is music playing but your message isn't heard. I want to make a self help CD for myself. One where there is something like soothing music playing and my oh so sexy (sarcasm) voice is giving the affirmations where I don't realize/notice the vocal part.

Self-Hypnosis isn't Subliminal Generally self-hypnosis is not subliminal. Non-subliminal, regular hynosis works well.... the subliminal stuff has questionable effectiveness (though some measures effectiveness--I think slight). I use it to make improvements to myself and got some of the ideas for it from a stage hypnotist I saw in the US Navy (a show).

Something you can do when you lay down to sleep at night... I have beat "shyness" using it and have vanquished a number of negative traits using self-hynosis. There are a number of books out on the subject and also, I am sure, web sites. It isn't Witch Craft or non-science folks... it is something that has a scientific basis and actually does work.

After studying subliminal messaging I was so enamored by it I wrtoe and installed a subliminal messaging program on hundreds of PCs (through a LAN) in the later 1980s that flashed subliminal messages that said stuff like..."Jay Anderson is My Friend", "Jay Anderson is Handsome", "I Like Jay Anderson", "I Want to Meet Jay Anderson", "Jay Anderson is Smart", "Jay Anderson Deserves a Promotion", "Jay Anderson is Overworked", .... etc. No one ever knew they were being bombarded by the messages (no one mentioned it) and it ran for years... I was very popular and had a lot of friends too... always wondered what part that might have played. No baseline to measure from... my assumptions are that it had an impact. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
