Is there a way to only show the items/products offered by Amazon, rather than all the other third-party vendors?

I'd rather take advantage of free two-day shipping and other things along with the "prime" membership. However, if I'm searching a rather broad subject, I usually get flooded with thousands of products, most of which are not sold by Amazon.So does anyone know if you can filter this option?
