You can easily scan a document and convert it to text But it will not retain the formatting of the flyer. You will end up with plain text that you will have to format to recreate the flyer.. . But if you made up the flyer, why don’t you just use your original file?.
Scan it in, then overlay a drawing of the text you want to chnage over it Make sure you have selected View>toolbars>drawingsNow, scan in the document and bring it into WordSize it - and then click the text box and click and drag on the spot where you want to cover - put in the text and font you want. Now, click on the box, then right click on the edge of the box and change the textbox properties. You need to select the background color and exact size.
