Is there actually a use-by date for loose-leaf tea or does it stay the same/get better with age?

There is not a certain expiry date, however it's best used within a year of purchase, and best kept in an air tight container! Time does not make it better. Enjoy!

I recently watched the Tea episode of Alton Brown's show he suggested a shelf life of approx. 1 year if I remember correctly, after that it may impact taste. foodnetwork.com/good-eats/true-brew-2-mr....

If anything, the tea will get weaker or stale tasting with age as the aromatic compounds break down. You shouldn't be worried about it making you sick. I am not a doctor.

I beleive that it does go bad I do not think that its like wine and can get better over time.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
