That's a decision you need to make yourself. My recommendation is that you read up on Win 10 features and see if you think you'll like it. Most of the problems I've seen are the typical ones that follow any OS upgrade.
Some hardware devices and some software programs needed a new driver so that they could run on Win 10. From what I've seen, 99% of those issues have been resolved. Here is the thing -- if you don't like Win 10 you can EASILY go back to Win 7 because Microsoft put a cool feature in Win 10 that allows a person to make a few clicks to take you back.
So it won't be the end of the world if you upgrade and don't like it. All this being said, you have a entire YEAR (until 29 Jul 16) to take advantage of the free upgrade. So it's not like you're under some short fuse deadline to make a decision.
Plenty of time for you to research.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
