I'd suggest using Flickr. You can get all of that, organize your collections into sets, able to post new photos to your blog, etc with the click of a button. Photos posted on Flickr are also of high quality compared to other photo/picture hosting sites.
They also provide a ton of statistical information for your photos too. I highly recommend checking them out and if so, purchasing a Pro account with them. Also a plus is that Flickr is run through Yahoo so if you already have an email addy through them, you're half-way through the registration process.Www.flickr.com.
Robbrown you can also take a look at smugmug. As you are a photographer (it seems from some of your answers here on MA) you may have heard of them. They service basic up to pro levels - all relatively affordable in my opinion for what you get at each level.
I know that the pro account level offers pretty good stats - for individual image views (per month or per day) - but don't think you'll get to know where the viewers are 'dailing in' from IP address etc. This would be pretty fancy stuff - worth asking them about though...could be that they might have had requests in the past and you never know - they are very client/photographer responsive. Good luck!
photobucket.com is what you want. That website will post your photos and track the views specifically of the image for free. As for IP address, time and date, I'm not sure...

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
