Is there an opera house in Chicago, Illinois?

The Lyric Opera of Chicago has some great performances. You can see their schedule here: lyricopera.org/ However, The Nutcracker is a ballet, and in my opinion, the best one in the Chicago area is at the Auditorium Theatre by the Joffrey Ballet of Chicago. More information is available at auditoriumtheatre.org/ & joffrey.com/ respectively. It runs through December 26th this year.

Other performances of The Nutcracker throughout Illinois can be found here: http://www.nutcrackerballet.net/html/illinois.html.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
