Is there any actual evidence that the Christian god exists, and actually said what the bible claims he said?

A 2000 year old who-done-it question leaving no room for circumstantial or recorded eye-witness testimony as evidence indicates that you have an answer you are comfortable with and you are not to be swayed another way. Even if the existence of Jesus was proven then there would be a need for more proof that he was/is who He claimed. Setting aside scripture there are secondary sources for the life and execution of a Jesus from the correct time that matches some biblical stories.

The fact that any corresponding "testimony" at all exists from 2000 years ago is compelling. If you are looking for video evidence it doesn't exist. Barring testimony and circumstantial evidence, what are you looking for to consider proof?

I don't think there is concrete proof that God exists but if you believe the Bible then there's your proof. I don't take the Bible literally, especially the Old Testament but I believe in God because I was brought up that way and I really do believe he exists. I don't think that saying God exists is a fact because there is no concrete proof.

There are arguments for and against it, but no definitive evidence either way. In reality, there are facts that are both consistent and inconsistent with the idea that a God exists, and it basically boils down to what you find to most convincing.

Blessed is he who does not see and believes. I do believe but have not seen. Just because there is not concrete proof does not mean you cant dismiss it to be false.

I think you already KNOW the answer. All religions have adherents that present their mythology as fact. Sad, but true.

No one can really know what was going on in Judaea 2000 years ago. I doubt you could ever gather enough evidence to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Jesus Christ was god incarnate.

Yes there is evidence for god yes god's word the bible tells us yes its a fact refusal to believe the evidence does not stop it from being evidence god tells us and confirms it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
