Only when the officer,or member of the public, including the person the police were confronting,or trying to helps weellbeing is is in jeopardy. It seems some police see it as the easy option to hide their incompetence. Makes you wonder how they passed their probationary period Police should be intelligent and well enough trained to deal with most situations with minimum, if any force,as most undoubtedly do Unfortunately such incidents make it harder for the majority of good policemen/women, as the public begin to lose respect and faith in them.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
