Is there any state where a 17-year-old can marry an 18-year-old without parental consent?

All states require any person under the age of majority to have parental consent before a marriage license is issued. The age of majority in most states is 18, in Alabama and Nebraska it is 19, in Mississippi and Pennsylvania it is 21 . Minors who use false documentation will not be considered as having entered into a legal marriage regardless of where the marriage takes place.
