Is there any way for a non-Jewish American to volunteer with Israeli Defense Forces?

You'd probably fail their testing for peoples with personalities such as yours. Contrary to popular belief, the IDF is not there to kill the Palestinians, and it's it is brought to light that you kill without necessity, they will discharge you and probably send you to jail. The IDF doesn't kill Muslims as a mission.

It's there to protect Israel, hence the Defense in Israeli Defense Force. So, no: Not because you are a Non-Jewish American, but because you have genocidal tendencies, which the IDF has no use for.

Why not just visit Israel first and hang around with Israelis. That might cure you of what you think is your dislike of any other religious group.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
