Going crazy trying to remove footnotes to start again from page one. Some footnotes do not print on the correct page therefor do not relate to text. Asked by prontoplume 52 months ago Similar questions: removing footnotes word document start Society > Religion & Spirituality.

Unformatted Text Try copying the entire document, and then pasting into a new window as either rich text or unformatted text. Not sure if that will do it for you. Also try doing a search and replace, searching for footnotes and then replacing with nothing..
2 Having thought about this some more, because your footnotes aren't all printing on the correct pages, your document may be corrupt, OR it could have originated in one version of Word, and you're using another version. Go to Tools, Options, and then check the compatibility tab. Check only the box that matches most closely the Word version you're using.
That may fix the trouble. Sometimes, people convert WordPerfect documents to Word and then don't fix the compatibility tab, so the document carries all these WP codes that Word doesn't use. If that has happened, then boxes like "WP 6.1 tables" or "treat tables like WordPerfect," or some other codes that Word views as nonsense.

How do I convert a scanned document to a word document that I can type on.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
