Is this a decent PC gaming setup?

Hey Ryan This isn't a bad setup. In fact, everything here is fine, except the graphics card. I would advise against the Nvidia 650ti.

It's not bad, but you will get more value for money from a 660ti. The price difference is well worth the money. The 650ti DOES NOT perform well under 1080p, whereas the 660ti does.

The 660ti is stronger, faster, newer, prettier, and a little bit more expensive. If his budget really is stiff, and he doesn't want to budge, he will have a good rig for gaming @40fps. If he has the 660ti, given the game has the same settings as the previous example, he ought to game @60fps.

For 600 bucks that is pretty good but it might bottleneck due to the gpu being pretty good while the processor is ok.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
