They are not necessary right away, but overtime your system will become less secure if you don't update them eventually. You don't have to do it everyday, just once a week or even once a month is fine. They always find improvements for system stability and security, framework updates, etc.
Because MS is in too big a hurry to put the next version of Windows on the market without COMPLETELY testing it! They wait and hear the feedback from US regarding the BAD PROGRAMMING designs and THEN send out the fix or patch the programming errors. I understand that there is THOUSANDS of lines of code, but it's PROFIT over customer collateral damage that motivates Microsoft Corporation!
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
