IScroll not initializing until page is reloaded?

To answer you second question, i.e. Is there another way: There is a very neat iScroll plugin for jQM at https://github.com/watusi/jquery-mobile-iscrollview that is very easy to implement and no need to worry about initialization problems.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
