Issue with css float — Hindering IE6 from putting div in next line?

Wrap both of them in an additional div with these style properties.

Wrap both of them in an additional div with these style properties: div. Wraps { width: 100%; overflow: hidden; }.

Unfortunately not working. :-( – Bernhard V May 12 '10 at 7:55.

I've written a browser sniffing function in JSP and now append additional code when the browser is an IE6. I add the css property float:left to the content. And on window.

Resize I perform the following function to change the content's width: contentWidth = (document.documentElement. ClientWidth - document. GetElementById("navigation").

OffsetWidth) + "px"; document. GetElementById("content").style. Width = contentWidth.

I think this plugin will help: jQuery Masonry Masonry is a layout plugin for jQuery. Think of it as the flip side of CSS floats. Whereas floating arranges elements horizontally then vertically, Masonry arranges elements vertically then horizontally according to a grid.

The result minimizes vertical gaps between elements of varying height, just like a mason fitting stones in a wall.

Loading jQuery + a plugin is not recommended for an issue that is likely solved by a bit of CSS. – Kevin May 12 '10 at 8:23.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
