It appears that an outborn patient has already had a State Screen done elsewhere. Do I still have to get another one at Vanderbilt?

Please contact Susan Elliott, who can verify that a specimen has been obtained elsewhere by contacting the Newborn Screen Lab. An infant who has been discharged home prior to being admitted to our NICU does not need another State Screen specimen, unless the first specimen was unsatisfactory, or a result was abnormal. Susan Elliott will check with the Newborn Screen Lab to verify results from previous specimens.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
