Yes. Because even when the evidence, or lack of evidence, shows the accusation to be false, no prosecutor wants to proceed with a prosecution. It could be political suicide.
In fact they are often apologetic. They say things like, " We believe something may have happened, but we don't have enough proof to proceed". What the hell does that mean?
Unless you are in a vacuum in space "something" always happens. It leaves the man hanging in limbo. If he didn't do it, at least have the decency to say so.
Men are humans too. But it always far more politically expendable to throw the man under the bus. What's he going to do?
And no men are going to protest for the removal of the prosecutor for being a false accusation apologist. It's the smart move. Just a fact of life Lampro.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
