Yeah this happens when you get up too fast because your blood rate isn't ready for it this happens a lot to me you just sit back down for a second.
You may have calcium deposits in your inner ear causing you to get dizzy/nauseous. If this is it, then you just have to deal with it or try not to stand up so quickly.
I have the same problem every couple months.
When this happens to me its usually because I'm dehydrated or hungry. Maybe try to drink more water or eat more (or healthier if you eat a lot of junk food? ).
Try getting up more slowly as the body can't deal with sudden movements as we get older.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
