If so then it would be very difficult. Otherwise I don't smoke, drink alcohol or use any drugs on a regular basis and in the last 8 years I've only drank alcohol twice. The last time was on my birthday almost a year ago.
I don't plan on drinking this year, so it's easy if you exclude caffeine.
If the person isn't an addict or alcoholic it would be nothing. For those who are addicted, it can be easy to stop, even for a year, but easier still to slip up, drink or use in a day despite promises and good intentions. Anybody who has a hard time going a year basically has a problem.
But some people with a problem can do a year without by just gritting their teeth. Control is often very strong trait in alcoholics and addicts. They have more willpower than the ordinary person, but just not as much power as their addiction.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
