I think you need to at least call the doctor or clinic that gave you the pill and tell them what you have told us. Some birth control pills are too strong for certain people, and you can be changed to another type. A lot of people get cramps while having a period.It's normal.

I know they are bad, but the best way o get rid of them is to exercise.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
