I've seen ink that glows in the dark/under a blacklight. Can I get a tattoo like that?

You can, but not from me. The chemicals and phosphorus used to make the ink glow are not fully proven to be safe. Some people can get tattooed with it and be fine, others report very bad reactions after a few years.

In my opinion, blacklight inks haven't had enough time to be thoroughly tested and proven safe... I'd rather my clients not be test subjects. More.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
