I've got where my misunderstood was. It is not neccessary to define 'xsi:type' explicitly in web-service responce, because one is described by WSDL. When we return derived class, the type is neccessary because client should know how it can unmarshall instance.
According to this the using of @XmlTransient annotation on derived type is the correct way if we want always return exactly instance of parent class.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
