JDBC: CSV raw data export/import from/to remote MySQL database using streams (SELECT INTO OUTFILE / LOAD DATA INFILE)?

You can run LOAD DATA INFILE using the LOCAL option which will then load the CSV file from where the MySQL JDBC Client is running from, using com.mysql.jdbc.Statement. SetLocalInfileInputStream. See this post for more information.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
