Jesus Christ is all of God to us and One with God. Then why did He say the Father is greater than Him?

Yes, Jews had been exempted from serving other gods because they were notorious for serving only one God. As Christians continued to talk of Jesus, the government asserted that Jews were no longer monotheist and should therefore worship Roman gods also. To dispel this notion, John attempted to convince the government that Jesus and God were one and the same.

I doubt they would care or know what polytheistic was. Jesus said before Abraham was, I AM. It is a reference to God being eternal and Jesus being apart of God.

Jesus said he only did what he saw the Father doing. He told the disciples to pray Our Father.. who art in Heaven... This sounds as if he wanted them to defer to a Father and not several gods . The Holy Spirit was mentioned through the Old Testament so even though they were clearly monotheistic, they acknowledged God as spirit.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
