JPA auto_increment id for generated @ManyToMany join table?

This situation is in fact pretty rare, because if you need to have tables referencing the fact that a user is registered into a course (I'll call this a "registration"), then it probably means that this registration is an entity, holding information.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
