JQuery AJAX with PHP returning via JSON (Login form)?

It seems the value pass to javascript through variable "status" is a string. So you have to convert the string to json object. To convert string to json object use following script.

Use the latest jquery library because older one using different functions to convert string to json.

I guess that you have something bad in your php script output, and it cannot be parsed as json.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
