JQuery Function is not Waiting for the Whole Page to Load Before Running?

If you want to wait until the page is done loading, use the window's load event. The document ready event can trigger a good while before the load event depending on the number and size of assets.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
