JQuery UI Different CSS for Tab Page and Progress Bar on Same Page?

You can over-ride the UI styles by simply putting your CSS after the reference to the UI styles. The class for the progress bar is.

I was able to get the desired behavior by adding these CSS entries using an ID selector to override just those values inside my progressbar ID.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
