Here is an article, with a link to a freeware program that does file recovery for files that are out of the recycle bin. As long as the memory space the file resided in was not overwritten with new data, it should be recoverable. All that happens when you delete a file is the register that tells your computer where it is on the hard drive is deleted.It is kind of like throwing out the library index card, but keeping the book.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
