How random, I wake up at 5.30am too! Most of the time I don't mind but I don't want to seem like a little kid tomorrow being up early on xmas lol. I'm in NZ by the way.My only advice would be to go to bed really late or if you wake up early read a book or something, it might help you go back to sleep.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
